The long-term stay of Iraklis Lisaridis, PhD student at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece was focused on the regional climate modeling. The title of his talk was "Learning and practicing on RegCM". During this visit the guest was trained on regional climate modeling. He learnt the basic principles of RCM RegCM3, and tested several configurations of the model for different purposes. He analyzed sensitivity of the model results with respect to choice of domain size.
