1.) To evaluate the variability of the models within the ensemble, in addition to the mean model, we also created animated videos showing the distribution of rupture parameters on the fault. The models are selected randomly. Videos of these animations are below.

a) Distribution of the dynamic parameters on the fault.

Black lines contour the region where the slip exceeds 10% of the maximum slip value (slip contours), the purple line bounds the nucleation, and black dots denote foreshocks and aftershocks projected on the fault plane.

b) Distribution of the output rupture parameters on the fault plane.

Black lines contour the region where the slip exceeds 10% of the maximum slip value, the purple line bounds nucleation, and black dots denote foreshocks and aftershocks projected on the fault plane.

2.) Rupture propagation on the fault in real time. Temporal evolution of the horizontal component of slip rate on the fault for the MAP model.

Black lines contour the region where the slip exceeds 10% of the maximum slip value, violet line bounds nucleation, yellow star is the prescribed hypocenter position, and black dots denote foreshocks and aftershocks projected on the fault plane.
