Created V. Plicka, 2020 email: vp@karel.troja.mff.cuni.cz Matlab GUI displays in 3D two planar planes based on their azimuth (strike) and dip. The first plane is the geological fault plane (blue) connected with the known geological fault through the reference point (star). The position of the reference point is on the surface projection of the selected geological fault. The second plane is the centroid plane with the centroid in the centre. The parameters of the both planes are described in default.inp file and they are displayed at the left panel of the GUI. The changes in the left panel will be displayed after pressing the Re-plot button. The default.inp file IS NOT rewritten by any changes in GUI. The buttun "Save2default" saves the the user values to a new file "default_save.inp". Three other files can be displayed in GUI, Open buttoms: 1. Geological fault files ... two columns (Longitude, latitude). Each segment is separated by > (GMT style). The coastlines can be display also (thank you Efthimios) 2. NonlinLoc uncertainties ... three columns (Longitude, latitude, depth) 3. Aftershock location ... three columns (Longitude, latitude, depth)
